The Process
Step 1
Check Eligibility: Ensure your book is a non-fiction title that focuses on anything that can help a business or entrepreneur. Any publisher, author, or publicist/PR company can submit as long as the book’s content helps or inspires entrepreneurs.
Step 2
Pay the Entry Fee and Complete the Entry Form: Submit the $120 USD entry fee and fill out the entry form for each book you wish to enter. This fee covers administrative costs and ensures your work is fairly reviewed by our expert panel.
Step 3
Submit Before the Deadline: All entries must be received by February 14, 2025 – Now extended till February 22, 2025. We recommend submitting early to avoid any last-minute issues.
Step 4
Review by Expert Panel: After submissions close, our panel of experienced judges will evaluate each book based on its impact, originality, writing quality, and ability to inspire or support the entrepreneurial community.
Winners Announced
Winners will be announced on April 24. We’ll notify all entrants and publicly celebrate the winning titles, offering them increased recognition and promotional opportunities.

Who can enter the Hustle and Heart Book Awards?
Any publisher, author, or publicist/PR agency can submit a non-fiction book that relates in some way to business or entrepreneurship. As long as the book’s content is geared toward helping entrepreneurs or sharing an entrepreneur’s journey, it is eligible for entry.
What types of books are eligible?
We accept non-fiction books focused on business and entrepreneurship—this includes memoirs of entrepreneurs, how-to guides for starting or scaling a business, leadership and management guides, personal development books aimed at professionals, or any other book that supports the entrepreneurial journey.
How do I enter my book?
Simply pay the entry fee of $120 USD, then fill out our official entry form with the required book details (title, author name, synopsis, publishing date, etc.). You will also be prompted to select the most relevant category (or categories) for your submission.
How much does it cost to enter?
The entry fee is $120 USD per submission. This fee covers administrative costs, as well as the judging process by our expert panel.
Can I enter multiple books?
Yes. If you have more than one eligible non-fiction title, you’re welcome to submit each of them. Please note that each book requires a separate entry fee and form.
What is the submission deadline?
The deadline to submit your book(s) is February 14, 2025 – Now extended till February 22, 2025. Entries received after this date cannot be considered for the 2025 Hustle and Heart Book Awards.
When will the winners be announced?
Our panel of expert judges will review all submissions after the entry deadline, and the winners will be announced on April 24.
How are the winners selected?
A carefully chosen expert panel evaluates each submission based on criteria such as originality, relevance, writing quality, and how effectively the book serves or inspires the entrepreneurial community. Final decisions are made after thorough discussions and reviews by the judging team.
